Use: Cloudflare DNS + Zoho Mail Free + Resend Free + Stripe/PayPal links.

Monthly: $0 before payment volume, plus domain renewal and transaction fees.

Best for: real support@domain inbox with webmail.

Option C: Easiest paid mailbox

Use: Cloudflare DNS + Google Workspace + Resend/Stripe.

Monthly: higher, but easiest Gmail-style admin and inbox.

Best for: if you want the least learning curve.

Recommended default

Domain: a .com if available; avoid .ai unless you really want the brand because .ai is usually more expensive.
DNS: Cloudflare.
Mailbox: Zoho Free if available for your domain, otherwise Cloudflare Email Routing to your existing Gmail.
Transactional sender: Resend Free.
Payments: Stripe Payment Links first, PayPal fallback.
Support email: support@[domain]
Report sender: reports@[domain]
Admin alerts: admin@[domain] or your existing email forwarded by Cloudflare/Zoho.
