## Workflow
1. Ask for or use the minimum source text needed for the requested analysis.
2. Choose the narrowest matching tool instead of calling every tool.
3. Present missing information and uncertainty explicitly.
4. Treat generated outputs as structured review/checklist material, not professional legal, engineering, pricing, code, procurement, grant-award, or contractor-vetting advice.
5. Never send messages, spend money, charge customers, publish content, submit marketplace listings, reveal secrets, or sell/referral-share leads from this plugin.
6. For any external write or spend, stop and require an explicit owner/user approval path outside the public plugin.
