A draft app manifest for Contractor Quote Check. Not submitted, not approved, not live.
A draft manifest exists locally with placeholder values for the OpenAPI URL, logo, support email and privacy policy. It has not been submitted and could not be: several prerequisites are missing, and submission is an owner decision rather than an automated one.
Exactly what the web app does: read a pasted quote, report which sections are present or missing, extract detected amounts, and produce questions for the contractor. It would not judge price fairness, recommend contractors, or give legal or code advice — in an AI surface those limits matter more, because the model will otherwise fill the gap with a confident guess.
Use the web app insteadContractor quotes contain names, addresses, phone numbers and prices. No customer data should be sent through an AI app, plugin or connector until a privacy policy and account terms covering that data flow have been reviewed and approved. That is why the tool server currently binds to loopback and has no public route: it cannot leak what it cannot receive.
